Capoeira is an exciting and intense workout. Bring a water bottle, wear loose clothes you can work out in, pants are better than shorts. Wear flip flops and be prepared to train barefoot. You are welcome to bring friends to your first class. Class starts with a warm up followed by basic Capoeira moves. The last portion of class is a roda. The roda is a circle with traditional Brazilian instruments and singing in Portuguese are accompanied by the playing of Capoeira. People of all ages and abilities play Capoeira after their first class. Come try a free class and see what CapuraGinga San Antonio has to offer you.
We have evening Capoeira classes for kids ages 3 and up.
Mon through Fri 6-7pm
and Sat from 11:00-12:00.
We have day and evening Capoeira classes for adults.
Mon and Weds 12-1pm, Mon through
Thurs 7:00-8:30pm, Fri 7:00-8:00pm, and Sat 12:00-1:00
